• Payment Terms:  You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in the shopping cart. Timber Ridge Equestrian Center LLC. reserves the right to change its payment methods or procedures at any time without prior notice.
• Domestic Orders:  All domestic orders in the United States (this includes the U.S. Territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands) will be sent to the customers via free shipping, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. The Tack Store at Timber Ridge charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
• International Orders:  International sales do not include free shipping and you can contact us for a shipping quote.  International sales and any associated import duties can also be easily handled via our EbayStore and shipped through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Any international orders that are shipped directly from our store may incur customs and import duties that may be applied when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient the order(s) and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. • Loss of Shipments:  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website are transferred to the buyer when the merchandise is received by the shipping carrier. If you wish to purchase additional shipping insurance, please let us know.
• Consignment Saddles:  are exempt from free shipping and will be shipped at the purchaser’s expense (shipment cost plus insurance for the full value of the saddle). Used saddles must be returned in the same condition as shipped.  Pictures of saddles are taken prior to shipping to confirm condition so there can be no discrepancy

• In Person Shopping and Curb-side Pick-Up:  We also offer shopping in person at our Tack Store, contact us for a personalized shopping experience. We also offer curb-side pick-up. All on-line sales are processes through www.TimberRidgeEqCenter.com by selecting The Tack Store at Timber Ridge.
• All Other Services:  All services, including but not limited to, training, lessons, exercising, judging, grooming, boarding, will be charged on a per fee basis and prices will be discussed and agreed upon prior to rendering of services.
• Non–returnable items:  feed supplements and all chemicals (including saddle care products and grooming products) are not returnable.

Terms of Sale of Horses & Breedings:  The terms in conditions contained herein strictly do not apply to the Sale of any horse(s) or breeding contracts.

Return and Exchange Policy:  A full refund or exchange will be made if the return is received within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, returns or exchanges will not be made for any reasons. All returns or exchanges must still be in a new condition which means the tags must still be attached, item must be returned in the same packaging material provided, must be clean (free of dirt, hair or other debris) unused,  and without odor (perfume, smoke, or any odor). Items not returned in a brand new condition may be subject to a restocking fee or return may be refused in total. Buyer pays return shipping. Exchanges will be sent free shipping.
