Testimonials
Current Horses for Sale:
Comic Callista – RELISTED – Being sold as a broodmare – Now 10K
2009 15.1 hand Black Hanoverian Mare by the Elite Stallion Comic Hilltop FRH and out of the Hanoverian approved mare MS Irish Cent. “Callie” is stunning and has suspension and ground covering strides in a small package. Callie has a star, snip, and two matching white hind socks. This is a mare who loves attention and would be a perfect-sized horse for a junior or adult amateur who is ready to go up the levels. We have never seen this mare be “mare-ish.” Currently, Callie is performing first and second-level movements and is schooling her flying changes. This mare has a strong desire to work and has lots of energy and engagement. Her older brother is currently being ridden at I-1 and we have no doubt that Callie possesses the same talent for FEI work. In September 2016, Callie was the High Point Champion at First Level in only her second-ever horse show. Callie was placed into the American Hanoverian Society Main Stud Book when she passed her Mare Performance Test with flying colors in October 2016. See Callie’s winning dressage test with a young rider aboard – First level test 3 on youtube at: https://youtu.be/Q_dgyQmBmgw and schooling changes https://youtu.be/LsOvyT4Spms.
In 2018, Callie had a colt to Qredit Hilltop which was named the top foal award at his foal inspection. Callie’s second colt was born in 2019 and is by our Oldenburg Stallion Pierre and is a stallion prospect. Price was $25,000- but now reduced to $10k following a post partem colic surgery. A great opportunity to get a fabulous well-bred proven broodmare at a great price! Gets in foal easy – she caught both times on the first attempt.
Sire: Comic Hilltop – had earned Class 1 status at his 70-day test, including the perfect score of
10 for rideability before winning numerous young horse classes and finishing 6th at the FEI
World Championships for Young Horses and 5th at the Bundeschampionat as a 5-year old.
Paired with Carola Koppelmann, Comic swept his classes at the Hickstead CDI and won the
prestigious Nürnberger BurgPokal Finals with a 74.10% before a successful Grand Prix debut and
subsequent qualification for the HKM Cup Finals. Comic’s sire Come On was a successful
international showjumper with wins and top placings at Nations Cup events.
Dam: Irish Cent- This Hanoverian main studbook approved Thoroughbred mare was the Grand
Champion at the Mid-Atlantic Hanoverian Breed Club Mare Show and was awarded an I Premium
by Axel Brockman Celle, Germany, and George Walker, NC. Irish Cent is the successful dam of
FEI offspring.
