Small/Medium waist band measures 12.5″ at the top of waistband and 13.5″ at the bottom of the waistband when laying flat and unstretched. We feel that would normally fit a 24-28 waist depending on how you like to wear your tights.
Large/Extra Large – waist band measures 14″ at the top of the waistband and 15″ at the bottom of the waistband when laying flat and unstretched. We feel that this would normally fit a 28-32 inch waist depending on how you like to wear your tights.
Waistband is 4 inches tall.
