The Intrepid Tie-Safe Adjustable-Breakaway Cross Tie has a patented hook and loop release design that “breaks apart or pulls apart” when your horse applies a panic load. The tie can simply be put back together by resealing the hook and loop. Upon release, the short end of the hook/strap stays with the horse and the remaining long section is still connected to the wall or trailer.
Fantastic idea for stables. It doesn’t have the ‘snap back’ danger of a stretchy tie. Features a panic snap at one end and solid brass trigger snap at the other. A lot more attractive than baler twine everywhere.
