The HKM Corrective Lambswool Half Pad with Shims is made out of medically treated lambswool on the bottom side of this pad. This pad comes with 4 memory foam pad inserts and 12 felt pad inserts so you can design and optimize the perfect fit. The center of this pad has a 3D mesh insert for breathability along the spinal canal.
